Grilled Salmon filet basted with a ginger and chili sauce makes for some good eating at the Pit. And it's real quick and easy to do!THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
- Salmon Fillets – 2 - 1 1/2 pounds each
- Olive Oil – 2-3 teaspoons
GINGER CHILI SAUCE:
- Water – ½ cup
- Rice Vinegar – ½ cup
- Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Chili Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Ginger – 2 Tablespoons, minced
- Brown Sugar – 4 Tablespoons
- Butter – 2 Tablespoons
