Whole beef tenderloin, 2 large chunks

Onions

Cooking oil

Beef broth

Beer

Directions
Clean the tenderloin of any excess fat and skin.
Sprinkle some SPG as a rub.
COOKING
Sear some tenderloin on the grill. Remove and cut them into large chunk size.
To make a mop, in the pan, add some cooking oil and sauté some onions
Now add the chunk size seared beef, also add 2 to 3 cups of beef broth and a can of beer and some more SPG.
Let it simmer and keep aside.
Sear a large size seasoned tenderloin. Mop it with the mop sauce regularly.
