Santa Maria Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Whole beef tenderloin, 2 large chunks
  • Onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Beef broth
  • Beer
  • SPG

Directions

  1. Clean the tenderloin of any excess fat and skin.
  2. Sprinkle some SPG as a rub.
  3. Sear some tenderloin on the grill. Remove and cut them into large chunk size.
  4. To make a mop, in the pan, add some cooking oil and sauté some onions
  5. Now add the chunk size seared beef, also add 2 to 3 cups of beef broth and a can of beer and some more SPG.
  6. Let it simmer and keep aside.
  7. Sear a large size seasoned tenderloin. Mop it with the mop sauce regularly.
