Smoke Grilled Beef Bologna
SMOKE GRILLED BEEF BOLOGNA
Looking for some real good eating hot off the grill? This barbecue sugar mustard Smoked Bologna recipe is a Barbeque Pit favorite and real easy to do as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys!THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
- Beef bologna 6 1⁄2 Pound (3-6.5, whole or half)
- Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
- Mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
- Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
- Water/Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
DIRECTIONS GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill to 225-300 degree F. 2. Remove the plastic and cut slits on top of Bologna as shown in the video. 3. In a small bowl, combine mustard and soy sauce. Mix well.MAKING
4. In a shallow pan, place the meat and coat it with prepared mustard, soy sauce mixture. 5. Spread brown sugar all over and place the pan opposite the hot coals in grill. 6. Pour beer or water in bottom of the pan for added moisture. Cover and cook for about 4 hours or until done. 7. Slice and then brown meat directly over coals, if desired.SERVING
