This is some real good eating!\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n\tLittle neck clams\n\tSteamer Clams\n\tMussels\n\tButter – 1 stick\n\tGarlic – 2 cloves crushed\n\tBeer – 2 or 3 oz you can substitute water\n\tBlack iron skillet\n\tBlack iron pot\n\nFOR BREAD\nFrench Bread Loaf\nGarlic – 2 cloves smashed\nExtra virgin Olive Oil\nShredded Cheese\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. Set the grill up for indirect grilling – hot coals on one side of the grill and nothing on the other side\nCOOKING\n2. Place the skillet directly over the coals and add 1 stick of butter and 2 crushed garlic cloves into it\n3. After butter is melted move the skillet to the side of the grill with no coals\n4. Place your iron pot directly over the hot coals and load your mussels and clams into it\n5. Pour 2 or 3 oz of water or beer into the pot to help steam the clams and mussels\n6. Cover grill\n7. After a couple minutes take the skillet with the garlic butter off the grill\n8. Cut your French loaf in half and rub the smashed garlic onto the bread\n9. Drizzle the bread with the Olive Oil\n10. Top the bread with grated cheese\n11. Place on the grill opposite the hot coals\n12. Recover grill and steam clams and mussels til done – you will be able to tell when they are done because they will open up.\nFINALIZING\n13. Pour the melted butter on top of the clams reserving some for dipping sauce\n14. Slice your garlic cheese bread\nSERVING\n15. Serve and Enjoy!
