VODKA LIME CHICKEN

The BBQ Pit Boys marinate a couple of yard birds, spit roast them over a medium fire and then serve them them up with some classic sides.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

• 2 to 3 to 4 pound chickens

for each chicken marinade in:

• 3 to 4 limes
• celantro
• 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 cup of your favorite vodka
