1. In zip-lock bag, place the steak along with lemon, chili, onion, and garlic.
2. Add horseradish, vodka, salt and pepper. Seal the bag, mix well and set aside for maximum 3 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium.
MAKING
4. Place meat on grill, cover and cook for a few minutes each side or until done.
5. Remove meat from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
