Firebowl Yakitori Grilled Chicken

Fire up your grill and get it to a nice high heat
Cut up your chicken thighs into half chunks or smaller depending on the size.
Skewer your chicken and apply a little salt to the chicken or our Poultry Powder or your fav seasoning.
Place on the grill and rotate every couple minutes.. you want to keep the chicken moving so it doesn't burn.
Cook until an internal temp of about 165. You can take it off a little before that and the temp will continue to rise a bit as it rests.
Dip cooked chicken skewer in a pepper powder and enjoy!
