For this Chicken Beef Steak Cheese Burger you need the following ingredients
2 lbs Chicken
2 lbs Beef steak
1/2 cup of Cheese
Seasoning, we used our SPG, use your favorite seasoning.
We ground the chicken and the beef to a medium grind, including the fat on the beef, then added 1/2 cup of cheese and a few tablespoons of SPG seasoning, use your favorite seasoning. Place the burgers over indirect heat. Remember, because the burgers contain chicken, they need to reach an internal temperature of 165f / 75 C.
