Excellent, even as a base....!! I did 4 lbs. of very large wings on a Kamado and marinated them overnight with a slight coating of oil and about half a cup of Poultry perfection. It added such a subtle yet wonderful flavor to them. Amazing...!! Adding more at cooking time will certainly add a heavier flavor, which is great but you can also use this as a fantastic marinade for a base. Some of the best wings ever....!!

I just used it, and it was a little "hotter" than I expected. I did put a lot on some chicken. I should only have put on 1/2 as much. I did not have that trouble with the Pork seasoning or GSP. The all are great.

Recently purchased a turkey breast for supper. The day before I put it in a brine, along with some Poultry Powder and let it get happy overnight. When the time came for cooking, I applied lots of Poultry Powder to all parts of the breast and when it was done, it was fantastic, as we could taste the seasoning in the breast meat.
