Crispy Pulled Pork Meatballs

For this Crispy Pulled Pork Meatballs recipe you’re going to need the following ingredients
6 cloves Garlic
1/2 lb Butter
1 Quart of Beef Stock
4 lbs of pulled pork
Bread crumbs or Panko
Make a roux by mixing the butter garlic and flour, add about 1.5 cups of flour and mix into the hot butter
Add about 1 quart of beef stock, stir it in and keep stirring until it becomes nice and thick and blend in pulled pork.
Add the mixed pork into two pans and spread out to about 1 1/2 inches thick and place them in the refrigerator overnight
Dice up the mix into cubes and roll them each into balls,
Then make a batter using egg wash and flour with the bread crumbs/panko and place them into the refrigerator to chill them down a bit before deep frying
heat up the oil until it reaches about 360F and fry until crispy and golden
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
