Venison Sausage Full Recipe

For this Venison Sausage you’re going to need the following ingredients:
​4 pounds of ground venison
​1 lb pork Fat​
Natural sausage casing
1/2 a​ ​cup of olive oil
1 ​ ​Tbsp of ​ghost pepper flakes or red ​chili ​pepper
​1 Tbsp​ of cayenne pepper
​2 ​ ​Tbsp of SPG​ ( our Salt pepper garlic seasoning ) ​
3​ ​​ ​Tbsp of fennel seed​,
1 ​ Cup of​ ​sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 ​ ​Tbsp of allspice
1 ​ ​Tbsp of​ ​ground mustard
​1 ​Tbsp​ of smoked​ ​paprika
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup​ ​of red sherry wine
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 a cup​ ​of chopped onions
