Pork Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breasts

For this Pork Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breasts recipe you need the following ingredients:

Chicken Breast,
Pork breakfast sausages, (Precooked )
Seasoning, ( we used our SPG mix )
Parboiled potatoes,
Onion,
Olive oil,
Butter

Method

Slice the onion and potatoes add to the pan with a little olive oil and about 1/2 a stick of butter.
Take the chicken breast and pierce a hole through the side all the way through and insert the pork breakfast sausage.
Be sure to use frozen sausage as this will make it a lot easier to insert them.
Rub the chicken breast with a little olive oil and season with SPG or your favorite seasoning.
Place the chicken breast onto the bed of potato and onion in a black iron pan.
Place into a preheated grill or oven at around 325°F[162°C] and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F[74°C].
Add some of your favorite cheese topping to melt and serve hot.
