The Customized 10" Chapter Knife (Old Hickory) works GUUUUD! Sliced up some 2" Rib-eye steaks the other night and I was delighted with how well it performed. I can't wait to try it on a 4 bone Rib Roast! This blows my old 7" knife out of the water. Thanks BBQ PIT BOYS :)

Just received two today! They are nice and great looking custom printing on the blades. It is a heavy blade, nice and sharpe. Looks like it will stand for years of use. I wish I could have ordered a protective sheath or guard for the blade. That would be a nice addition.

This is the 5th knife I've ordered from you boys. I did put the steel wool to the handle, and finished it with some linseed oil. it's now better looking, and a better feel in the hand! It's super sharp, and I've used it here, in the kitchen.
I gave one to my son, and the other three are Christmas gifts to my three younger brothers! We are all grilling fools!
I'm the oldest, at 72, but we all know what to do with charcoal and meat!

I always marveled at the knives that the Boys use when making the meals. I always wanted something similar but was unable to find one. Watched the "Boys" used this thing on their channel to cut tiny pieces of garlic and thought "That is so cool". Bought this shamelessly for the chance to personally engrave it and use it at gatherings starting this summer. Total and complete overkill! This knife is AWESOME! Came pretty sharp to begin with, but did my own sharpening anyway and will now cut a grape tomato, sideways, holding the tomato down with a fork. AND, the fork doesn't puncture the that tiny tomato. Then cut the 'ol beefsteak tomato in mid-air without much issue. This thing is massive, a conversation starter and an eye opener for quality and functionality. Missed out on the sale they had awhile back on the engraving but this is how much I love this knife. I don't care!!!!!!!!! Get one. You will NOT regret it.
