Steak Bone Beef Stew
When Canned Stew Won’t Do.. Zero in on some intense beef flavor for a hot bowl of Beef Stew with just Beef Rib Steak, Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Beef Stock and Beer.
Steak Bone Beef Stew Recipe
For this recipe you’re gonna need:
2 Porterhouse Steaks
3 cloves of Garlic
6 cups of Beef Broth
1 12oz / 330 ml Beer
SPG/ Salt and Pepper to season
First thing to do is season up the steaks, we used our SPG, use your favorite seasoning
Place them on the hot grill and sear both sides, grill them to about medium rare.
Finely chop the onions and garlic and saute and add the 6 cups of beef broth and the beer.
Remove most of the meat from the bone and dice the meat into cubes, set aside the meat and
add the bones to the pot with the broth and the sauted onion and garlic.
Simmer for at least 1/2 an hour, then add the diced steak and diced potatoes
Continue to simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
