For this Strawberry Rum Chocolate Cream Pie recipe you need the following ingredients:

4-5 Cups Fresh Strawberries
Chocolate
Dark Rum & Spiced Rum
Egg Whites
Pastry
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Mix Spice
Whipped Cream + Shot of Rum
1 tsp Mix Spices:
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Allspice
Ginger
Cloves

Method

Preheat the grill to 320°F[160°C].
Chop strawberries into Chunks.
Add them to bowl, gently mix in with sugar, flour, mixed spice. You can also add shot of rum at this stage.
Butter up a black iron pan and line with pastry
Egg wash pastry and poke a few holes in the base with a fork, then pre-bake 5-10 minutes, let it cool down.
Add strawberry filling, chocolate pieces, dark & spiced rum shots and fresh cream.
Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with whipped rum cream
