SURF AND TURF SEAFOOD BEEF BURGERS
Surf and Turf is one of the most popular items on a restaurant’s menu, and for good reason. Sweet and tender beef combined with the taste of the Sea is nothing less than 5 Star cuisine.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
- Ground Chuck
- Jumbo Shrimp
- Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning for each 1 pound burger
1. Briefly poach the seafood in butter as shown.
2. Add a few large chunks to seasoned 1lb burgers.
3. Place indirect, opposite the coals, and cook for about 30 minutes, or until done to your liking.
4. Serve on toasted rolls, and dress with cocktail sauce, tarter or your fav condiments.
