Bacon and Eggs Pan Pie

For this Bacon Egg Pan Pie you need the following ingredients:

2 lbs bacon 18-24 eggs Vegetable oil 4 cups grated cheddar cheese. Parmesan Cheese 1 large white onion, diced 2 cups potato chips Freshly ground pepper.


First take the bacon and smoke / grill it until cooked, don't let it get too crisp or the next step wont work. Roll the bacon strips up and place in the pan until the pan is filled. Crack the eggs and fill the spaces around the bacon with eggs, you want the eggs to fill up the the top of the bacon. Diced the onion and sprinkle it all the top of the bacon and eggs and season with fresh ground black pepper. Meanwhile, crush up the potato chips and mix them with the cheese. When eggs are nearly finished, spread chip-cheese mixture evenly over the top. Close the lid and let cook until everything has cooked through and cheese has melted.
