The BBQ Pit Boys show ya how to make a Cheeseburger Lasagna with real cheeseburgers. No Fake Food TV here..! We're eatin' good tonight, Martha.For this Cheeseburger Lasagna you need the following ingredients
- Ground Beef - 2.5 lb
- Pasta Sauce - 6 Cups
- Lasagna Noodles
- Ricotta Cheese - 30 oz
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 5 Cups (20 oz)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese - 4 oz
- Egg
- Medium Onion
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 1 Sprig
- Spg - 1 Tbsp (or your favorite seasoning)
For A 9x12 Baking Pan, Prepare & Grill 12 Cheeseburgers As Shown
For The Cheese Mixture Mix Together:
- Ricotta Cheese - 30 oz
- Grated Parmesan Cheese - 2 oz
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 10 oz
- Egg - 1
- Salt & Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Handful of Chopped Parsley
Method
Spread some meat sauce on bottom of pan; layer with pre-boiled lasagna noodles, a layer of half of the Cheese mixture, the 12 grilled cheeseburgers, a layer of pasta sauce, a layer of the remaining cheese mixture, a layer of lasagna noodles, remaining pasta sauce, sprinkle on Grated Parmesan, and more shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 350°F <176°C> for 50 minutes or until contents is bubbling and cheese has melted and slightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Featured Table : Santa Lucia
