For this Chicken Beef Steak Cheese Burger you need the following ingredients

2 lbs Chicken 2 lbs Beef steak 1/2 cup of Cheese Seasoning, we used our SPG, use your favorite seasoning.


1.Grind the chicken and the beef and include the fat from the steak into a medium grind, including the fat from the steak 2. Add 1/2 cup of cheese. 3. Add 4 tablespoons of SPG 4. combine the ingredients well and form the burger patties, place over indirect heat. *Remember, because the burgers contain chicken, they need to reach an internal temperature of 165f / 75 C.
