For this recipe you need the following ingredients:
Ground Beef
Cheese
Bacon
Deli Sliced roast beef
SPG seasoning,
Method
Add the seasoning into the ground beef and mix well in. Form two patties for each burger and place the roast beef and cheese on top of one pattie and form the burger in a sandwich, pinching the edges together to seal up the roast beef and cheese inside.
Place on the grill on a medium heat, you don't want to cook it too fast or it will blow apart. Grill the bacon to your preferred level of done. Cook the burgers until they reach 160F internal and load on the bacon and place some more cheese on top.
Serve on a toasted bun with you favorite toppings, we used ketchup, fresh tomato and pickles.
