Smoked Turkey Wings

These giant Turkey wings are packed with meat and perfect for tailgating or simply at home on the grill.


6 Turkey Wings Olive oil 2 Tbsp Ground Coriander seed 1 Tbsp Cumin seed 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper 1 Tbsp Ground Black pepper 1 Tbsp Habanero chili powder 1 Tbsp Fennel Seed BBQ hot Sauce, use your favorite.


Mix all the dry rub ingredients. Rub the wings over with vegetable oil to get the dry rub to stick, add the dry rub to the turkey wings and give them a good even coating. Preheat the grill of oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and add them wings placing them opposite the hot coals. Flip and rotate them for even cooking. Once they are about half way done, apply a good coating of your favorite hot sauce and continue to cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F / 74 celsius. Serve with lots of cold beer.
