You gotta check these out..!\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:\n\n \tStrip steak -- 20 Ounce (2)\n \tGrated sharp cheddar -- 2 Tablespoon (as needed)\n \tGrated mozzarella -- 2 Tablespoon (as needed)\n \tOnion 1 , finely chopped\n \tGarlic clove -- 2 , minced\n \tCoarse salt -- To Taste\n \tBlack ground pepper -- To Taste\n \tSmoked bacon strips -- 5 , chopped\n \tButter\/Oil -- 1 Tablespoon\n \tSliced mushroom -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (couple of handfuls) (Optional)\n\nDIRECTIONS\nGETTING READY\n1. Preheat grill to medium.\nMAKING\n2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Place on grill, over direct flame and cook for a few minutes on each side. Transfer steak to indirect flame.\n3. Place a pan on grill over direct heat and sauté onion, garlic, and bacon until onion turns translucent. Add butter\/oil and cook for a few minutes. Add mushroom and continue to cook until done.\n4.
